Returns & Refund Policy

How do returns/refunds work?

We are extremely confident that you will love your Babymat. However if you do not find your Babymat suitable for you we do offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase, where you are eligible for a full refund less return shipping cost of £10.00. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost (£10.00) of the returned and/or exchanged item (unless faulty). 

The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned in its original packaging box along with the velcro straps that it comes with.

If your return item arrives without its original packaging and velcro straps, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.

If you need to return your Babymat, please email our team at support@babymat.co.uk with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your Babymat.

Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system.

You will be required to print a free Royal Mail return shipping label, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off at your nearest Royal Mail drop off location.
